Role Overview
The role focuses on managing strategic technology alliances, driving joint revenue growth, and enabling co-sell and co-innovation initiatives. The position acts as a bridge between sales, delivery, and partner teams to accelerate market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute alliance strategy and governance model
Drive alliance-sourced and influenced revenue growth
Partner with sales teams for joint opportunity pursuits
Manage senior stakeholder relationships with partners
Support joint solution development and co-innovation
Enable sales teams on partner offerings and value propositions
Coordinate joint marketing and demand-generation initiatives
Provide pipeline, revenue, and partner performance reporting
Required Experience
1015+ years in alliances, partnerships, or business development
Background in IT services, cloud, or digital transformation ecosystem
Experience managing global technology partners
Exposure to Malaysia / ASEAN enterprise market
Strong CXO stakeholder management experience
Commercial deal shaping and revenue growth mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing hyperscaler or enterprise platform partnerships
Experience in global SI or consulting environment
MBA or equivalent business qualification
Partner certifications or alliance program exposure
Masters/ Post Graduate, Bachelors/ Degree
