Working days: Mon-Fri
Remuneration: up to Rm7,000

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations and ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).
- Oversee employee leave, medical claims, insurance, and benefits administration.
- Maintain HR and payroll systems; liaise with IT and vendors for system support and enhancements.
- Review and update HR policies in line with regulatory changes.
- Handle employee lifecycle matters including exit interviews, retirement, long service awards, and BIK administration.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
