Industry: Financial service provider

Location: Bandar Utama, PJ

Working days: Mon-Fri

Remuneration: up to Rm7,000

Benefits: Breakfast will be given twice a week, EPF contribution 16%, 18 days of Annual leave, medical claim, insurance coverage, dental & optical claim, performance bonus, etc...

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations and ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).
  • Oversee employee leave, medical claims, insurance, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain HR and payroll systems; liaise with IT and vendors for system support and enhancements.
  • Review and update HR policies in line with regulatory changes.
  • Handle employee lifecycle matters including exit interviews, retirement, long service awards, and BIK administration.
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
