Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Amari Host located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Amari Host will be responsible for greeting guests, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with food and beverage services, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with other departments, handling guest inquiries, and promoting hotel amenities and services. The Amari Host will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and Food & Beverage services
• Proficiency in Sales techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality management is beneficial
