About CMA CGM FICOM (Finance Corporate Office Malaysia)

Located at Wisma Consplant 2, Subang Jaya, FICOM is the extended team of the Finance Corporate Division of the CMA CGM Group. It serves as the Finance Expertise Center, delivering non-transactional, value-added functions to support the Group's transformation and drive financial performance for key stakeholders.

The FICOM team comprises over 180 local talents, all committed to realizing its vision of being an effective Business Partner to stakeholders and a preferred employer for finance professionals.

Brief Description

This position primarily focuses on supporting the team by preparing listings for LARA BOT, preparing credit agreements, conducting risk rating searches, and ensuring compliance with company policies as well as country-specific regulations.

  • Understanding of credit policies, risk assessment procedures, and country-specific credit term rules
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload efficiently
  • Willingness to support colleagues

Key Accountabilities/Duties

  • Support renewals by preparing listing for LARA BOT update and preparing credit agreement.
  • Maintain and follow up on the bi-weekly Credit Agreement Report to ensure timely receipt and processing of signed agreements.
  • Conduct ad-hoc risk rating searches using external databases such as S&P and BvD to support credit evaluations.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor, supporting the team's operational needs.
  • Ensure all tasks and processes are carried out in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Assist team members to provide support and address enquiries relating to credit application.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Candidates with credit experience relating to credit processing and credit analysis environment would have an advantage
  • Good in interpersonal and problem-solving skill
  • Resilient and able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high fluency in both written and spoken English

This is an 8-month contract position.
