What You'll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage, billing, and documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on offline requests to the assigned Person-in-Charge for compilation.
- Issue offline quotations for users who are unable to obtain online quotations.
- Manage and resolve customer support tickets via Zendesk and email in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through policy changes, renewals, and cancellation processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strict confidentiality when handling customer data.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to senior support or relevant departments.
- Recover and convert dropped-off cases into successful policy purchases.
- Contact customers to guide them in manually entering promo codes based on ongoing TNGD campaigns.
- Explain campaign terms and conditions, and assist customers in completing their purchase journey.
- Proactively reach out to customers via phone or email to clarify insurance-related information or follow up on pending issues.
Role Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field, preferably in business, economic, marketing, finance and accounting, or communication.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Evidence of a strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to influence broadly and challenge conventional thinking.
- Excellent communication skills & ability to work with other stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, competitors and target market.
