What You'll Do

• Review claim eligibility and supporting documentations.
• Process and approve employee claims in accordance with company policies and guidelines (including broadband, mobile, travel claims and shift allowance claims)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee enquiries related to claims
• Prepare and maintain monthly claims utilization reports and dashboards.
• Assist in audits and data reconciliation exercises related to employee benefits and claims.
• Manage end-to-end leave administration, including annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, compassionate leave, replacement leave (RPL), and other leave types.
• Ensure accurate leave records are maintained in the HRMS.
• Review and process leave applications in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor leave balances and perform periodic reconciliations.
• Support managers and employees with leave-related enquiries.
• Uphold confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee information.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative or HR tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Role Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, leave management, or related functions is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and claims processing systems is an advantage.
