Responsibilities

Planning & Performance Management

  • Support the establishment, monitoring, and reporting of organizational and departmental objectives, key results (OKRs), and performance targets.
  • Track performance against plans, budgets, and targets, identifying variances, risks, and emerging issues that may impact delivery.
  • Support forecasting and planning cycles by consolidating inputs, validating assumptions, and monitoring outcomes against forecasts.
  • Track and evaluate portfolios of initiatives or opportunities to ensure a healthy pipeline and alignment with forecasted budgets and priorities.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze performance, operational, and resource data to generate meaningful insights that support informed decision‑making.
  • Identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities through structured analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across planning, performance, and reporting processes.

Resource & Cost Optimization

  • Analyze resource allocation and workload distribution to support balanced utilization and efficient deployment of resources.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance value through better planning and performance management.
  • Support initiatives that lower per‑unit costs by streamlining processes, reducing inputs, or improving delivery efficiency.

Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Prepare clear, timely, and accurate performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and senior stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data and performance information into clear, actionable insights tailored to different audiences.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on plans, targets, assumptions, and performance outcomes.

Process & Framework Improvement

  • Support the continuous improvement of planning, performance management, and reporting frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing processes and support the implementation of practical improvements.
  • Adapt planning, forecasting, and performance approaches in response to changing strategies, priorities, and operating conditions.

Executive & Chief Hydrogen Officer Support

  • Provide analytical, coordination, and planning support to senior leaders, including preparation of materials, performance analysis, and coordination for key meetings, forums, and engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in planning, performance management, analytics, finance, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to different stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
