About Therole
As a CBRE HRAnalyst - Process Excellence, you will be responsible to review and standardizepeople processes and documentation across APAC countries/cross functional teams& identify the fit-gap, make recommendations for closing the gap and areasof improvement.
This job ispart of the People Project team, ensuring all tasks are delivered in atimely/cost effective manner, anticipating scope issues and obtaining agreementon changes to work plan.
What You'llDo
- Identifies and implements process improvement projects
- Prepares and execute communication action plans aligned to change management strategy
- Documentspolicies, processes and procedures of the various HR Services
- Ensureprocess maps remain relevant and current by regularly conducting audits againstthe documented process maps.
- Maintainthe People services (catalog) and process architecture to remain valid andcurrent
- Conductprocess mapping workshops with the objective of standardizing and streamliningemployee life cycle/ payroll process across APAC countries
- Performstesting requirements to validate services have been built against designspecification and meets the test success criteria
- Conductspost-implementation review and facilitate to close deployments
- Maysupport recurrent training on modified and updated HR Services
- May support service transition changes, issues, risks and deviations including tracking progress on actions and mitigation of risks
What You'llneed
- Graduatein general business/ data/ statistics or relevant field
- Experience in process excellence and lead in several significant transformationprojects (preferably aligned with HR)
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince 2, Scrum) will be advantageous.
- Knowledge on six sigma (certification is a plus)
- Understandingof HR processes, including recruiting, onboarding, mid-lifecycle, benefitsadministration, payroll, offboarding and performance management.
- Projectmanagement skills and ability to lead and manage multiple projectssimultaneously is preferred
- Strongattention to detail, with the ability to make connection of several seeminglyunrelated variables.
- Understandingof employment laws, regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Strongability to work with cross-functional teams and ability to navigate a complexorganizational structure.
