Analyst, Remittance Business Support (TNGD Remittance)

What You'll Do:

1. Marketing & Communications

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing and communication strategies across in-app and external channels.
• Drive in-app communications including push notifications, banners, and user journeys to improve engagement and conversion.
• Support digital marketing initiatives across paid channels (e.g. digital ads) and social media platforms.
• Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to develop clear, effective messaging.
• Assist in campaign planning including targeting, timelines, and content development.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Continuously test and iterate messaging, creatives, and channels to improve results.

2. Business Operations & Execution

• Support business planning activities including preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents.
• Assist in drafting high-quality decks for management and stakeholder discussions.
• Act as a point of coordination across teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups.

3. Partner & Stakeholder Management

• Support cross-functional initiatives across business, product, and operations teams.
• Track progress of key initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion.
• Be hands-on and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Role Requirements:

• 4–6 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong ownership, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Hands-on and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Experience in remittance or fintech is an added advantage.
