We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Change Agent / Business Analyst/PM to support transformation initiatives across APAC journeys and platforms. The role will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric outcomes, drive Agile delivery excellence, and enable operational improvements through process optimization and automation opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis capabilities, Agile delivery experience, stakeholder management skills, and mandatory Chinese language proficiency to support regional collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Translate customer and user needs into clear business and functional requirements
- Create user stories, process flows, business cases, and acceptance criteria
- Support backlog prioritization in Agile delivery environments
- Ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned to business objectives
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage business, technology, operations, risk, and control teams to define solutions
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions
- Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and regional teams
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical delivery teams
Customer Journey & Process Optimization
- Drive customer-centric improvements across journeys and operational processes
- Analyze data insights to identify pain points, trends, and automation opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and transformation programs
- Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience
Agile Delivery & Testing Support
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and defect resolution
- Validate delivered solutions against acceptance criteria and business expectations
- Monitor implementation readiness and support production rollout activities
Change Management & Adoption
- Support change adoption through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation
- Embed new ways of working and ensure smooth transition to business operations
- Track adoption metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Change Management, Transformation, or related roles
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and project lifecycle
- Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams and in payment domain.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate needs into actionable requirements
- Drive execution of programs for digital, tech and business.
- Project planning, governance, risk and & dependency management
- Execution of projects under the defined controls and governance frameworks
- Exposure to customer journey optimization and process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience supporting UAT, testing coordination, and implementation activities.
- Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin) to support regional collaboration and communication.
