About Therole
As a CBRE HRAnalyst - System, Data & Reporting you will assist in providing technicalsupport for HR systems and tools, help troubleshoot issues and offer dailytransactional support for APAC HR systems/processes.
This job ispart of the People Platform Support team, which responsible in ensuring dataintegrity, generating reports, managing user tickets, and supporting HRprojects such as system testing and training activities.
What You'llDo
PeopleSystem and Tools Support
- Assistin providing support for various HR systems, including Peoplesoft myHR System,EDM System.
- Helptroubleshoot technical issues and provide daily transactional support for APACHR systems/processes.
- Referparticularly complex issues to the appropriate source and escalate urgentmatters as needed.
- Maintaindocumentation of system processes and assist in creating user guides andtraining materials.
- Manageand provision access to HR systems and tools, ensuring governance throughperiodic audits of user access.
- Conducttraining on HR Systems and Tools for HR users, managers, and employees.
DataGovernance
- Performauditing activities and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
- Performbulk data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and research/report on any datadiscrepancies.
- Provideguidance on maintaining data integrity within HR systems.
Reporting& Dashboard
- Helpmaintain and deliver standard reports and assist with ad-hoc reportingrequests.
- Collaboratewith team members to gather requirements for new reports and dashboards.
- Assistin developing simple reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Conducttraining and educate users on navigating the reporting function.
TicketManagement
- Assistin managing user tickets and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Communicateeffectively with users regarding ticket status and provide updates.
- Documentticket resolutions and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
ProjectSupport
- SupportHR projects such as system testing, training, and system upgrades as directedby senior team members.
- Assistin creating user acceptance test scripts and documenting feedback.
What You'llneed
- Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, orrelevant experience in system, data & reporting.
- Basicknowledge of HR systems and tools is a plus; familiarity with HRIS or casemanagement systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is desirable.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
- Abilityto work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attentionto detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills.
