The Analyst, Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in powering Gentari's growth by delivering seamless, high-quality recruitment experience while maintaining strong operational discipline. In this role, you will combine handson recruitment expertise, market intelligence, and process excellence to help us attract the right talent to drive our clean energy ambitions. You will work closely with candidates, hiring teams, and crossfunctional partners to ensure a seamless, transparent, and highquality hiring journey for all.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: from understanding hiring needs, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, to managing selection and offer processes;
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate both technical capabilities and cultural alignment with Gentari Ways;
  • Maintain timely, consistent communication to keep candidates informed at every stage.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Leverage creative sourcing strategies to attract top passive and active talent across global markets;
  • Build and nurture strong talent networks, acting as an internal search consultant to hiring teams;
  • Maintain healthy pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with business leaders and Talent teams to understand hiring needs and ensure quality candidate shortlists;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a smooth and consistent recruitment experience.

Recruitment Operational Excellence

  • Manage time and resources to balance speed with quality in hiring processes;
  • Identify improvement opportunities and execute initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and digital adoption;
  • Collaborate with teams across Talent and the wider organisation to implement innovative recruitment solutions;
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to help the team stay on track and continuously improve.

Market Insights & Reporting

  • Provide actionable insights on talent trends and channel effectiveness to support strategic workforce decisions;
  • Monitor and report recruitment KPIsincluding pipeline health, turnaround times, and sourcing performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline;
  • At least 5 years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience, gained in either an inhouse HR function or a recruitment agency;
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and diverse talent markets;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities;
  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities independently;
  • Solid operational discipline able to manage recruitment updates, reports, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness;
  • Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment, with the ability to turn data into insights;
  • Thrives in fastpaced environments and enjoys structured coordination to keep processes running smoothly and efficiently.
