Why does this job exist and why is it critical
Xi Performance Analytics & Insights
- Own overall Xi performance tracking across segments and regions.
- Analyse performance against AOP targets, identifying trends, gaps, and root causes.
- Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to Xi leadership to support decision-making.
Segment & Regional Performance Analysis
- Monitor and compare performance by segment and region.
- Highlight areas of strength, underperformance, and improvement opportunities.
- Support data-driven performance discussions with segment and regional stakeholders.
Productivity Tracking & Optimisation
- Define and maintain standard productivity metrics.
- Track productivity by segment, region, and ERT.
- Identify best practices, performance outliers, and optimisation opportunities to improve deployment and execution effectiveness.
Gap Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct post-execution reviews to identify execution gaps.
- Classify gaps across process, system, capability, and GTM readiness.
- Recommend improvement actions and track progress to closure to prevent repeat issues.
Sales Enablement Systems & Process Enhancement
- Identify system and process pain points impacting sales and execution.
- Work closely with operations, systems, and enablement teams to simplify workflows, improve tools, and reduce manual work.
- Ensure enhancements drive effective execution and measurable productivity improvements.
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain a single source of truth for Xi performance reporting.
- Support regular business reviews and performance cadence.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
