HIRING: SENIOR ANDROID ENGINEER / TECH LEAD (MOBILE)

Are you a Kotlin Expert who has mastered the shift to Jetpack Compose We are looking for a high-caliber Android Lead to join our team in a permanent role!

If you have a strategic mindset, love building high-performance engineering teams, and have a deep under-the-hood understanding of Android internals, we want to talk to you.

Role Overview:

Title: Senior Android Engineer / Tech Lead
Type: Permanent/Contract
Experience: Minimum 7+ Years
Tech Stack: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Kotlin Flow

Your Technical Arsenal:

Modern Android: Expert proficiency in Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Flow, and Coroutines.
Testing Excellence: Strong focus on JUnit, Espresso, and Mock frameworks.
Infra & DevOps: Hands-on experience with GitLab Runners, Jenkins CI/CD, and Docker/Kubernetes.
Cloud & Data: Familiarity with Azure/AWS and PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
Monitoring: Proven experience with Firebase Crashlytics or Datadog for live apps.

Leadership & Vision:

Team Builder: You proactively organize harmonious, high-performance engineering teams.
Architectural Thinker: You design environments for highly complex products and evaluate alternative technical courses of action.
Strategic Partner: You act with entrepreneurial vision in technical decision-making and present solutions at the expert level.
