The AP Analyst (Korean & Mandarin Speaker) will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes and ensuring accurate financial transactions within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry. Description
- Index vendor invoices accurately and efficiently within KPI timelines.
- Prepare and process payments according to agreed schedules.
- Conduct audits and ensure timely booking of payments and expenses, reconciling for accuracy.
- Perform month-end closing activities, including accruals, to capture all expenses.
- Reconcile disputes and errors in ledger and sub-ledger accounts.
- Handle vendor and stakeholder queries via phone or email regarding payments and other payables.
- Maximise productivity to meet performance objectives.
- Perform analytical reviews of P&L accounts and balance sheets, including trend analysis and cost centre checks.
- Ensure transaction processing complies with service levels, internal controls, and procedures.
- Resolve AP queries and investigations promptly and accurately.
- Complete all reporting requirements accurately within specified deadlines.
- Support system and process improvements and contribute to change initiatives.
- Provide backup support within the team and maintain a safe, motivating work environment.
- Recommend improvements to processes and procedures for greater efficiency.
Profile
A Successful AP Analyst (Korean & Mandarin) Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4), Mandarin, and English languages.
- Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in AP is preferred; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Experience in SAP or Oracle is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
