We are seeking an experienced Application Consultant (HRMS) to implement, configure, and support Human Resource Management System solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering value.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and set up modules for the HRMS solution based on client needs.
- Gather, analyse, and document clients business and system requirements.
- Conduct system demonstrations, end-user training, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Guide clients and users throughout the system implementation process.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams on system enhancements and customisations.
- Provide functional and technical support to end users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Prepare documentation related to implementation, training, and system processes.
- Monitor project progress and maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle web application development or application implementation.
- Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft software.
- Strong understanding of IT system processes, workflows, and logical flow.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, end users, and technical teams.
- Willing and able to work onsite in Petaling Jaya, five days per week.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with HRMS or other enterprise applications.
- Experience with user training or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with HR business processes or payroll systems.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field.
