Job Title: SAP S/4HANA DTS Lead (DemandtoSupply)
Contract: Initial 3month contract

Location: Malaysia or Indonesia (Cacao operations)
Travel: Must be able to travel between Indonesia Malaysia frequently
Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA DTS Lead to support a largescale transformation program within the agricultural commodities sector. This role requires a senior consultant with deep expertise in the DemandtoSupply (DTS) stream encompassing Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance, and extensive experience driving complex SAP programs.
This individual will serve as the functional lead for the DTS workstream, guiding design, configuration, implementation, and team leadership activities across Malaysia and Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership
- Lead the DemandtoSupply (DTS) workstream across Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance.
- Oversee SAP S/4HANA process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and IT teams.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Design and implement endtoend DTS processes aligned to SAP best practices.
- Provide handson SAP configuration for PP, QM, and preferably PM areas.
- Ensure integration across related modules and workstreams (MM, EWM, Procurement, etc.).
Project & Team Management
- Manage and mentor functional consultants across varying seniority levels.
- Lead workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Support the PMO in project planning, status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business users and operational leaders.
- Facilitate decisionmaking, present solution approaches, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Provide guidance on industryspecific best practices (preferably agricultural commodities).
Required Experience & Skills
Core Requirements
- 10+ years of functional SAP experience within the DTS (DemandtoSupply) stream, including:
- Manufacturing
- Quality Management
- Plant Maintenance
- 3+ Full Life Cycle SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong handson expertise in:
- SAP S/4HANA PP (Production Planning)
- SAP S/4HANA QM (Quality Management)
- Exposure to SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) highly preferred.
Industry & Consulting Background
- Experience in Agricultural Commodities strongly preferred.
- Proven background in clientfacing consulting engagements.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of various sizes.
Professional Skills
- SAP certification(s) preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problemsolving capabilities.
- Track record of success in consulting environments.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel frequently between Malaysia and Indonesia as needed.
- Able to work fulltime within APAC time zones.
