(Software Developer Engineer)
Job Overview:
Responsible for identifying and improving the efficiency of business processes within an organization. This may involve redesigning processes, implementing new technology or software, and training employees on new processes.
Works to identify opportunities for process automation and helps to develop and implement automated solutions.
Managing and analyzing large sets of data to extract actionable insights and inform business decisions.
Other responsibilities may include tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
Have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically and analytically, and excellent communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define, implement and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
- Analyze and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Develop initiatives for continuous process improvements.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes and risks.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing business needs.
- Ensure in compliance with customer and company proposed standards.
- Work with other engineers in integration of new and existing processes.
- Use best practices to carry out analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities.
- Identify and recommends procedure, user guides and/or Training Manual.
- Build and evaluate financial models for cost estimation, cash flow and cost reduction.
- Prioritize and execute projects for ongoing business improvements.
- Provide technical advice on processing technology, capability, risks, costs.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or technical field required and/or equivalent years of experience.
- Knowledge in Six Sigma/ LEAN Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control), advanced statistical techniques, concepts and experience with applications will be added advantage.
- Knowledge in a range of programming languages, such as Phyton, C#,C++ will be added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Having experience using process mapping and analysis tools like Digital Twin and Visio.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Clear communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Experience in product transfer and workstation setup.
- Business process automation experience.
