Technical Skills

·      Knowledge of software design and documentation standards, including Unified Modeling Language (UML).

·      Understanding software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

·      Understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.

·      Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and React (Vite) for web application development.

·      Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent technologies.

·      Experience with authentication and security frameworks, including JWT, role-based access control (RBAC), API integrations, and web server technologies such as Nginx with HTTPS/TLS.

·      Experience with data export, reporting, and file-based system integrations.

·      Experience working with POSIX-compliant operating systems such as AIX, Ubuntu, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

·      Exposure to browser automation, web scraping, or HTML parsing technologies is an advantage.

·      Experience with Java technologies and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Struts, JDBC/JDBI, JasperReports, Apache Velocity, and Apache POI is an advantage.

·      Experience with containerization, orchestration, and modern data platforms, including Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, and event-driven architectures, is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good communication and interpersonal skills.
