Job Title: Application Development Management L2 Developer

Experience: 3-5 years

Mandatory Skills:

- Mainframe:

- Mainframe COBOL

- CICS (Customer Information Control System)

- JCL (Job Control Language)

- CardLink/Vision Plus: Experience working with CardLink or Vision Plus systems

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Compliance: Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards

- No Database: Experience working with systems that don't rely on databases

- VSAM and Sequential Dataset: Familiarity with VSAM (Virtual Storage Access Method) and sequential dataset management

- Easytrieve: Experience with Easytrieve, a reporting and data extraction tool

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, and JCL

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

- Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality solutions

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices

- Document technical designs, processes, and procedures

- Support production deployments and post-implementation activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
