Perform Level 2 of production support
Perform problem investigation problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development, and implementation.
Understand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes.
Perform application health check and monitoring
Job Requirements:
Good knowledge in Silverlake Integrated Banking System (SIBS) or Silverlake Integrated Card System (SICS).
Possess technical knowledge in AS400 programming using RPG/LE, CL/LE, Control-M and Connect Direct
Possess technical knowledge in design or support application servicing online channels using handler method and batch job execution in AS/400 subsystem, using Job Description, Job Queue, Data Queue or Message Queue setup.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and team player.
