What You'll Do
- Produce engineering designs, drawings coordination inputs, calculations, and technical specifications as assigned.
- Support fabrication by responding to production technical queries, issuing clarifications, and maintaining drawings updates.
- Undertake commissioning and troubleshooting assignments at customer sites as required.
- Prepare commissioning and troubleshooting reports and provide routine progress reports during site assignments.
- Assist and support marketing functions with required technical information.
- Prepare proposals for customers including technical scope and equipment specifications.
- Support and design the development and testing of new machines under guidance of Senior Engineer and Engineering Manager.
- Assist in the evaluation of components to be used for the company's machinery.
- Ensure documentation and engineering data are properly updated in the Enterprise Resource Planning system.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience as a mechanical engineer or up to 8-9 years for the assistant manager role
- AutoCAD. Strong ability to read drawings and think beyond current product
- Able to integrate technology or advancements and innovation into solving a practical business challenge via their products
- Someone who loves to problem solve, can do attitude, observant, willing to travel overseas for work
