Looking for a hands-on Application Engineer to support the development, testing, and customer application of signal chain and power management IC products. This role involves close collaboration with R&D, sales teams, and customers to ensure successful product implementation and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- For signal chain (op-amps, ADC/DAC) and power management (DC/DC, LDO) chips, design test PCBs, write C/Python test programs, and conduct PCB debugging
- Carry out full-scenario testing on chip samples or demo solutions, and produce clear and accurate test reports
- Lead/assist in writing technical documents such as specifications, application manuals, and test guides, ensuring alignment with customer usage scenarios and industry standards
- Support customer technical requirements, troubleshoot application issues in customer solutions, and assist in optimizing terminal solutions to improve product implementation efficiency
- Be responsible for preliminary analysis of failed samples, collaborate with the R&D team to identify root causes, produce failure analysis reports, and support product iteration and issue closure
- Provide pre-sales technical support in collaboration with the sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Experience working with analog and mixed-signal ICs (e.g., op-amps, ADC/DAC, DC/DC, LDO)
- Hands-on experience in PCB design, bring-up, and debugging
- Proficiency in C and/or Python for testing and automation
- Strong understanding of signal chain and power management systems
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to perform failure analysis
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
