Job Description

• Develop relationships with engineering consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to introduce and specify engineering products, software, and services
• Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and training sessions for customers and industry professionals
• Secure product specifications and approvals on targeted projects
• Support the sales team in converting project specifications into business opportunities
• Manage and track project activities and specifications through CRM systems
• Provide technical advice and engineering support to customers and internal teams
• Promote the use of software tools, digital resources, and technical services
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Support marketing and product initiatives, including product launches and campaigns
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
• 4-5 years of engineering design experience, preferably in structural or architectural disciplines; or 3-4 years of technical sales/business development experience within the engineering or construction industry
• Experience working with structural consultants, engineers, or architects is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
