Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an internship student to support new material / tool test, data collection, basic data analysis and basic data digitalization in Application Engineering department. You'll work closely with the engineers from Application Engineering department to carry out the test and discussion for next step. This role is hands-on and data-driven, with a strong focus on reliability, integration, and continuous improvement.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in executing new material / tool tests to evaluate performance, reliability, and compliance with quality standards.
• Support data collection and analysis from test results.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues and validate solutions during the testing phase.
• Document test procedures and outcomes clearly for reporting and future reference.

Other Responsibilities

• Support Application Engineering team for others quality improvement test.
• Data digitalization.
• Involved with 5'S activities.

Internship Details

• Intake Period: November 2026
• Internship duration: Minimum 24 weeks (6 months)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering, or other related Science disciplines. Candidates with a background or interest in Data Analytics are preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Foundation in data analysis, statistics, and experimental design (DOE).
• Good understanding of project management principles (planning, tracking, reporting).
• Interest or basic experience in digitalization/automation projects (e.g., process improvement, dashboarding, system integration).

Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal), able to work independently and in a team.
