Application Head Cash Management

Job Purpose

Leading a team in

• Leads the strategic development and delivery of banking technology solutions, including cash management systems, payment platforms, and API integrations.
• Oversee system reliability, enhance digital payment capabilities, and manage risk, ensuring robust, automated operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and enhance cash management systems, including liquidity management systems.
2. Lead digital transformation projects for cash management, enhancing automated transaction flow tracking and reporting.
3. Engage with business teams to align both business and IT strategies with banking needs.
4. Ensure all systems comply with banking governance, KYC, and AML standards, implementing robust controls to mitigate operational risk.
5. Oversee technical support for cash management operations, ensuring high availability of systems for daily disbursements and collections.
6. Lead technical teams to support the full lifecycle of cash products from development to production support.
7. Drive improvement for efficiency
8. Nurture and build team capability

Qualifications & Skills (including mandated licenses where applicable)

1. 15+ years in technology and financial services, with significant leadership experience.
2. Expertise in cash Management, payment protocols, and API technologies.
3. Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, project management, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
4. Bachelor's degree or Professional Degree in Computer Sciences/Information Technology
5. Possess good and clear communication skills including written, verbal and presentation skills
6. Personal agility
