Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain application performance in production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and incidents in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with development teams for application upgrades and patches.
- Ensure proper documentation of application processes and updates.
- Provide support during application deployment and ensure minimal downtime.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in application maintenance or production support.
- Proficiency in SQL for database queries and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with application monitoring tools such as Nagios, AppDynamics, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with incident management tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
