What You'll Do
- Provide1st & 2nd line supportfor global front-office trading applications.
- Manage incidents (P1/P2), troubleshoot issues, and ensuresystem stability.
- Collaborate with global teams across London, New York, and Mumbai (Follow-the-Sun model).
- Supportcore trading applications: FX, Rates, Credit, Commodities, Structured Products & more.
- Monitor performance, improve alerting tools, and driveservice-level improvements.
- Document procedures, rundisaster recovery plans, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For
- 515 years experiencein application support / IT production.
- Strong background inPython, SQL, and system monitoring.
- Knowledge ofRates, FX, Credit or other fixed income products.
- Fluent in English, with excellent problem-solving & communication skills.
- Flexible with shift work (as early as6:30 AM SG time).
- Positive, resilient, andbusiness-oriented mindset.
