JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE
To plan and manage projects deliverables to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Initiation Management
- Develop Project Charter.
- Project Plan and Project Team Structure.
Project Procurement Management
- Liaise with external vendors in sourcing and selection of solutions or applications.
- Perform tender exercise (i.e., RFI, RFP) for evaluation and selection of vendors.
- Prepare and present to management committees for endorsement/approval.
- Review and manage contract negotiations.
- Procure and manage the required hardware and software implementation.
Project Scope Management
- Manage scope of work and ensure the vendor delivers within the agreed scope.
- Attain stakeholders requirements and ensure the requirements specifications are documented and signed off.
Project Time Management
- Manage and monitor project progress to ensure project is delivered within timeline.
- Ensure issues are resolved timely in order not to impact the project timeline.
Project Cost Management
- Manage and monitor project cost to be within budget.
Project Quality Management
- Quality assured vendor's deliverables and documentations.
- Manage and monitor every stage of testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
