We are looking for a Chinese-speaking Application Support Engineer with strong technical expertise and experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role involves supporting business-critical applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Monitor application performance and ensure high system availability
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Infor / Java-based applications
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
Collaborate with business users and cross-functional technical teams
Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets
Support integrations, batch jobs, and data processing workflows
Maintain documentation for incidents, fixes, and system processes
Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Chinese and English
Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin (read, write, speak) mandatory
36 years of experience in Application / Production Support
Hands-on experience with Infor applications or Java-based systems
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience in SQL and database troubleshooting
Familiarity with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
Experience with API troubleshooting and system integrations
Exposure to Supply Chain / Logistics domain
Knowledge of ITIL processes or certification
