- To provide support services to the client in Microsoft Dynamics GP
- To provide support to consultant in helping them to perform task in relates to the project, such as report and document building, systems setup, data migration and etc.
- To provide support to presales in helping them to develop and demo template.
- To be certified in the product (by module) as and when required by Manager
- To perform any other duties that may arise.
Job Description - To provide support services to the client
- To provide consultancy services to the prospect / client
- Under the supervision of Project Manager, ability to perform the following in relates to the project
- Product Briefing
- To conduct requirement study together with the Project Manager
- To understand customer requirement and represent it in document form
- To prepare all other necessary documentations in relates to the project such as project sign off document, minutes and etc.
- To be able to perform systems design and configuration, including report and document design
- To perform data migration for both master record and transactions
- To prepare the test script for the User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- To perform UAT with client
- To perform systems refinement after the UAT
- To train end user in administer the systems
- To be certified in the product (by module) as and when required by Manager
- To be able to do product demonstration as required.
- To perform any other duties that may arise.
Working hours:Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (include an hour for lunch break)
Reporting Line The Application Support will report directly to the Professional Services Manager, but during the project, you may be required to report to the Project Manager / senior in charge.
Requirements - Degree/Diploma in IT/Accounting or Equivalent
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Discipline, right attitude, honest, initiative, logical thinking and hardworking
- Candidates with ERP/MRP implementation experience are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with accounting background/experience will be an added advantage
