Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to manage and support core enterprise applications in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for monitoring application performance, addressing technical incidents, and ensuring system availability through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Banking industry experience is not required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the portfolio of enterprise applications, ensuring their stability, availability, and optimal performance.
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting of technical issues to ensure uninterrupted application functionality.
- Participate in the planning and execution of application upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor system performance metrics, track incidents, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and security requirements for enterprise applications.
- Continuously contribute to improvements in the application release and maintenance processes.
- Support the project team in deployment and troubleshooting across DEV, SIT, and UAT environments.
- Familiar with ITIL-based IT processes, particularly incident, problem, and change management.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of technical/application support experience across multi-technology platforms.
- Proficiency in Linux operating system and databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
- Cross-platform experience with the ability to identify and resolve system integration issues.
- Excellent understanding of CI/CD practices and application release methodologies.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong Mandarin language proficiency.
- Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset to excel in assigned tasks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred
- Experience with ITSM (IT Service Management) frameworks.
- Strong hands-on technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on software development experience is a plus.
