Application Support Analyst

Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for applications in a timely and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement bug fixes and enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
• Train and assist end-users in utilizing applications effectively.
• Participate in project implementations and upgrades.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and ITIL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with application monitoring tools and support ticketing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with users and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
