We're Hiring: Senior Application Support Engineer – Adobe Campaign Classic

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Candidates must re-locate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Employment Pass (Visa) will be provided)

Contract Duration: 24 Months

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Are you an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) We are looking for a skilled professional to support, troubleshoot, and maintain Adobe Campaign Classic applications, ensure smooth campaign execution, and deliver reliable solutions for business-critical marketing technology platforms.

What You'll Do

Provide application support for Adobe Campaign Classic and troubleshoot technical issues.

Monitor application performance and ensure the stability and availability of the platform.

Investigate and resolve application incidents, defects, and production issues.

Support campaign workflows, technical configurations, and data processing activities.

Collaborate with development, business, and technical teams to resolve issues and improve application performance.

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and incident reports.

Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) - Mandatory

Application Support and Troubleshooting

We're Looking For

5+ years of relevant experience in Adobe Campaign Classic and application support.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

Experience supporting enterprise applications and business-critical systems.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

SQL and Database Querying

JavaScript and Scripting

Experience with APIs and System Integrations

Understanding of Marketing Automation and Campaign Management

Experience working with enterprise applications and production environments
