Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • troubleshooting Applicationand incident management activities
  • work on Linux/Unix commands
  • Write shell scripting on app debug.
  • Work with Databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • Understanding of distributed networks and application high availability and load balancing
  • Microservices using containerization tools (Kubernetes/Docker)
  • Understanding on CI/CD toolkit
  • Understanding on network administration
  • Excellent communication skills, and prior experience in a technical support role

Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of technical support role with hand-on experience in troubleshooting and incident management activities
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer management and customer facing experience
  • Cloud certification (such as AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge in Telco will be an added advantage

Having application development Knowledge and experience will be an added advantage
