Key Responsibilities
- troubleshooting Applicationand incident management activities
- work on Linux/Unix commands
- Write shell scripting on app debug.
- Work with Databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Understanding of distributed networks and application high availability and load balancing
- Microservices using containerization tools (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Understanding on CI/CD toolkit
- Understanding on network administration
- Excellent communication skills, and prior experience in a technical support role
Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of technical support role with hand-on experience in troubleshooting and incident management activities
- Minimum of 5 years of customer management and customer facing experience
- Cloud certification (such as AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge in Telco will be an added advantage
Having application development Knowledge and experience will be an added advantage
