Job Description
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4–9 years of experience in Linux, SQL, application support, and web services.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
Knowledge of Apache Tomcat, JBoss, or other application servers.
Familiarity with middleware and web service integrations.
Exposure to monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, or AppDynamics.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Basic networking knowledge, including DNS, ports, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience supporting financial services or banking applications.
