Job Overview
We're looking for a motivated junior professional, ideally a recent graduate, to join our well-established and supportive team of experienced application specialists. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn from senior experts, develop technical expertise, and grow into the role of Technical Application Owner over time.
You'll be part of a collaborative team that manages critical applications for one of our key clients in the healthcare and life sciences sector. You'll gain hands-on experience with ITSM processes, project delivery, validation activities, and application lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for business-critical applications (CAQ, MES, LMS, QMS).
- Learn and eventually manage technical aspects of application ownership, including troubleshooting, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Work closely with senior colleagues and external vendors to ensure high service quality and business continuity.
- Assist in project and enhancement deliveries, following strict Computer System Validation (CSV) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standards.
- Participate in incident management, service request fulfillment, problem resolution, system administration, and change/configuration management.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Team structure and support coverage: Standard working hours with rotating two-shifts covering 08:00 – 22:00 CET(15:00 – 05:00 MYT) , On-call support is provided 24/7 (by rotation within the team)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Basic technical knowledge in at least one of the following: Operating Systems, Databases (SQL), Middleware, Cloud infrastructure, Networking, or Storage & Backup
- Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a technical team environment
- Good communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken) Nice to have (considered a big plus):
- Technical familiarity with systems such as Windows, Linux, SQL Server, Oracle DB, Azure, PHP, C# and tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with SDLC frameworks and CSV (Computer System Validation)
- Experience in documentation and familiarity of working in GxP or Agile environments
