Apprentice

An Apprentice Business Analyst supports banking projects by gathering data, mapping processes and learning core banking systems. You bridge the gap between business needs and technology. This entry-level, early-career role balances on-the-job training with academic or professional study. 

Core Responsibilities

Project Support: You will assist senior analysts with day-to-day project tasks, such as 

creating presentations and taking meeting minutes.

Data & Process Analysis: You will study how the bank operates and document workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement: You will help communicate with different teams to ensure 

projects run smoothly across multiple locations.

Self-Study: You will spend time learning about the financial sector, banking products, and 

financial crime. 

Key Skills You Will Build

Analytical Thinking: The ability to look at a problem, break it down, and find a smart 

solution.

Communication: Writing clear reports and speaking well with team members.

Banking Knowledge: Understanding how global banking and finance regulations work

Basic Requirements

Education: A University Degree or equivalent practical experience. We welcome students
