Architect

- Participate in overall project planning and development phase which include prepare, review and implement Master Project Program.

- Liaise and work closely with the Authorities, Sales & Marketing Team, Project Team and other relevant parties.

- Responsible for the application, follow up and resolve issues relating authorities approvals for property development projects.

- Ensure construction works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specification, requirements and company Quality Standards.

- Coordinate between consultants and contractor on architectural works.

- Coordinate construction review of drawings and specifications to detect discrepancy and resolve technical problems.

- Conduct on-site observation when required and follow through until completion of the project.
