Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect Part I based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The Architect Part I will assist in developing architectural designs, producing detailed drawings, and contributing to the coordination and integration of different disciplines within projects. The role involves collaboration with team members and clients to deliver high-quality design solutions while adhering to project timelines and specifications.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare drawings related to KM, landscape, and architecture.
- Develop layout proposals, drawings, and 3D renderings.
- Prepare technical reports, design calculations, specifications, and bills of quantities.
- Attend consultant meetings, site meetings, and site inspections.
- Liaise with government agencies for submission approvals.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors for project execution.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, best practices, and procedures.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Part 1).
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Possess a valid driving license and ability to drive.
- Solid knowledge of architectural specifications, standards, and codes.
- Adaptable and able to work independently, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

- Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing multiple activities.
- Willing to work outstation, perform under pressure, and deliver projects on time.
