We are seeking a full-time Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Johor Bahru in an on-site role. The Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management for construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring project expenses, conducting cost planning and analysis, and submitting cost reports. Collaboration with project teams to ensure accurate financial outcomes and adherence to budgets will also be a key part of this role, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality projects.

• Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience with preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Proficiency in Cost Reporting and Analysis
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with construction project management processes
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software like AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, or specialized cost-management tools
• Experience in marine or infrastructure projects is an added advantage
