Architectural Executive

Tracemade is a newly established boutique studio based in Kuala Lumpur. Joyful creativity is essential in all our lives and we hope to have someone who shares the same values as us in terms of delivering our projects.

We have a steady stream of projects in the pipeline and are looking to grow our team in Malaysia. Our projects currently encompass a variety of commercial/retail fitouts as well as residential builds.

We are on the lookout for like-minded candidates with an interest and passion for design and who takes pride in their work. Most importantly, we look for team players with a curious mind to learn.

Job Role:

• Develop concept and design proposals
• Oversee design enquiries from clients
• Translate design concepts into design details
• Coordinating with contractors to ensure constructions meet design specifications
• Supervise progress on site

Min Requirements:

1. Degree in Architecture/Interior design Min. 2 year as a junior architect/interior designer
2. Drawing/sketching ability to illustrate ideas
3. Adept with the following software: - Autocad/Revit - Adobe suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) - Sketchup - Lumion/vray/enscape rendering
4. Project management experience is a bonus
5. Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally
