Our projects currently encompass a variety of commercial/retail fitouts as well as residential builds. Job Role:
- Responsible for preparing architectural detailed drawings and working drawings (Architectural) using AutoCAD and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided.
- To design and develop accurate 3D model from concept, plans, elevations, and or sections.
- Able to apply accurate representation of material properties, color consistency, and lighting. Able to render high quality images and animations, produce views, exterior shots, interior perspectives, and walkthroughs.
- Perform post-production editing on rendered images using software.
- Able to communicate and coordinate with the design team, Client, Consultants, and Contractor, where necessary.
- To assist the team in design research and feasibility studies, preparation of presentation materials, coordination with contractor and manage design execution on site.
Min Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture/Interior design
- Adept with the following software: - Autocad/Revit - Adobe suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) - Sketchup - Enscape rendering
- Project management experience is a bonus
- Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally
