Architecture Coordinator (HDB Projects/ North or Central Regions)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate architectural drawings and submissions.
• Review shop drawings and material submissions.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate finishes and architectural interfaces.
• Resolve site coordination issues.
• Monitor architectural work progress.
• Ensure quality of internal and external finishes.
• Assist with mock-up and sample approvals.
• Monitor material procurement and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Relevant HDB construction experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and construction drawings.
