As an Area Manager, you will oversee the performance and operations of multiple retail outlets.Your primary responsibility is to ensure that each outlet achieves and maintains optimal levels of sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Developing and Implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide guidance, support & feedback to branch managers to ensure they are meeting goals and objectives.
- Strategic oversight marketing analysis, competition assessment & regional trends.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Diploma holder or Degree holder in any aspects
Minimum 5 years experience as Area Manager, Branch Manager, or similar managerial role.
Sound understanding of optimization of outlet operations and standards for success.
Strong leadership abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good planning and organizational skills
