Area Manager

Job Responsible

• Supervise and support the performance of Store Managers and store teams across assigned locations.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, shrinkage, and profitability of each outlet.
• Develop action plans to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure standards in cleanliness, merchandising, and staff performance.
• Ensure all stores maintain compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Provide guidance on recruitment, training, coaching, and staff development.
• Coordinate and support store openings, relocations, or refurbishments.
• Lead implementation of marketing and promotional activities at the store level.
• Manage budgets, inventory levels, and operational expenses.
• Act as a key problem-solver for store-level issues or escalations.
• Prepare and present reports to management on performance and operational challenges.

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in retail operations or multi-store management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Results-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Ability to travel frequently between outlets.
• Familiarity with retail systems, inventory management, and sales reporting.
