Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability in all stores within the assigned area
- Monitor store performance and conduct regular store visits to ensure that all stores are meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
- Ensure that all stores are operating within company policies and procedures and are in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that stores have sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand
- Hire, train, and manage the performance of store managers and staff within the assigned area
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to store managers and staff to improve performance and address any issues
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the assigned area and work with senior management to develop and implement plans to capitalize on these opportunities
- Ensure that all stores maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure that all stores are aligned with company goals and objectives
Key Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years retail management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
