We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee our operations in the Southeast Asia region. This remote position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive business success and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage operations across multiple locations in the SEA region.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of local managers, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Open for Malaysian candidates only!
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation.
- Experience with strategic planning and execution.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple tasks.
