We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee our operations in the Southeast Asia region. This remote position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive business success and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations across multiple locations in the SEA region.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and performance metrics to drive business growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of local managers, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
